Yesterday was a hot day and Jordyn and Jackson went to play with friends. Lucy, devastated at being left behind, needed a little distracting so we broke out the hose. Can't beat that laugh.

Ahhhh.... Oregon summer, where water from the hose feels GOOD on a hot day. As opposed to here, where everything is hot, including the tap water and the water in the air that surrounds you and feels like it's clogging your lungs when you inhale.
Little Lu, you have changed so much since we left. I love you baby.
I don't even know how you survived in Southern California, country girl.
I'm feeling the urge to start movie monday. How fun! I can't believe she laughs when sprayed by the cold water. My kids always hate that.
