Lucy would have loved to pick the flowers. She was touching with that "Should I do it" look on her face. At least she has moved on to digging in the dirt and not eating it all.
You could always get your kids the new video game for that. I saw an advertisement while I was waiting in the Urgent care this morning. It is called Mama Gardener or something.
