It's called a pillowcase dress mom. :)
People really DO use old pillowcases and add the ribbon for the sleeves. Adorable isn't it? I bet you could find a pattern online.
I bought that one for our Vietnamese princess that I dreamed of. Maybe some day. Until then...ham it up in that dress Lu!

Forgot to mention. I LOVE the pigtails. I tried it on my Dommy (at least he has girl HAIR). But I can't take him out in public like that.
